Refunds
I do not accept any refunds. If you are not happy with your purchase you may email me so we can come to an agreement. Please email me and do not go on Instagram to message me considering I may not see it for days.
Damaged or Broken Items
I understand clay is extremely fragile so if it's not handled properly during the shipping process and you receive a broken item you may contact me within two days of receiving your order and I will replace it for you. If you do not message me within those two days I will not replace it for you.
Shipping
Due to high demand at USPS shipping may take a little longer than usual so please be patient on that. If you have any concerns you may contact me.
